Social worker at Centrelink, cannot emphasise this enough. I recieved single payment in secret before I left, so I could afford to get out. Police, women's refuge are also places to obtain help and accomodation. I also went to a DV Counsellor at my neighbourhood centre which was free and they linked up to everyone. 1800RESPECT is also a number you can call for help. The commonwealth bank were also assisting in some way financially for victims of DV but I did not access them. If you are in immediate danger, get out now and attend the police station. They have dedicated DV officers. From the other side of all of this, there is a much better life that awaits you, trust me 💗💗💗
