How to love my job again?

How to love my job again?

I need some advice on mindset.
I feel like I am stuck in a negative mindset and it is affecting everything.
It's been an incredibly hard 2 years personally, health wise, work wise and like everyone else; covid and a long lockdown etc.
I feel totally spent and empty. I used to go to work with passion, genuinely feeling like I had the best job in the world in early childhood education. It was fulfilling and rewarding.
Now it's just leaving me exhausted and feeling resentful. I work through my lunchbreak every single day, I stay back after hours most days but not as much as I once did. I bring work home.
My children have had a tough 2 years and I feel like I let them down as work comes first to make ends meet and because it demands so much of me.
I raise certain issues about work but feel as though I am a whinger and trouble maker as everyone else is so willing to do things expected that are outside the job description and pay hours. I was once willing but now see it's a damaging culture/ cycle and am just so incredibly exhausted.
The days/hours are perfect for my family verses finding other employment.
How do I love my job again?

One of my friends threw in her permant job in childcare about a year ago because of all the reasons you just listed, and started working at a childcare temp agency instead, and absolutely loves it. She can pick her days, there's enough demand that she could work every day if she wanted, and no paperwork.
Of course it's casual and she's at a different location every day, so not ideal for everyone, but she says she hasn't been this happy at work for years.
