It’s like a ball pimple looking thing. I have the urge to squeeze but I’m definitely not going to. It’s sore. I’m still with the same man. I don’t think he would cheat on me but not certain?! I’m completely freaking out now! I’m hoping it could be in grown hair or something! Terrified is an understatement! I don’t want it to spread either 😫

On the outside (pubis area) probably an ingrown hair. Do a warm compression, if it doesn't go away you might need antibiotics. If you have other skin issues that are concurrent could be a hormonal thing.
Ingrown hair. If in doubt, see a Dr.
