My 5yr old son was sleeping over at my mother in law's house a week ago.
He usually asks to use her phone to play games and watch You Tube etc.
My son apparently was crying so she went in to see what was happening and found out he had somehow gotten into porn?
She got out of it and put a block for porn on her phone after that.
Anyway. Today I just saw him playing with a naked Barbie and Ken doll, and he was very embarrassed when I caught him and told me to go away.
Should I be upset about this or is it normal?
I'm not sure what to do about this.

Don't be worried about it. If he didn't discover sex accidently on line, a friend would have filled him on soon enough. Sit him down and have an age appropriate sex talk. Time to learn the proper names of body parts. Sex and body parts should not be taboo. It's important information that will prevent them seeking the wrong answers, and can help prevent child abuse
