Daughters 8th birthday party

My daughters 8th birthday is coming up. We’re putting on a party for her with some of her school friends for the first time. Just after ideas on what to put in party bags. It’s all girls. Also, some food ideas that don’t need to be kept cold/hot as it won’t be at home. Thankyou

This depends on your theme.

Foods don't need to be fancy -
-popcorn (the flavoured popcorn from Cobbs is nice)
- cupcakes or doughnuts (I like decorate your own with basic icing & a tray of different sprinkles, lollies, etc. to decorate themselves. I use muffin trays.)
- platter of cut up fruit
- crackers & cheese
- Biscuits
- chips
- Google '(your party theme) foods' as well. Often you'll find simple themed snacks to make.

Party bags don't need to be big:
-Google '(your theme) party bag (or party favours)'.
-Lollies
-Balloons
-bracelets/rings/necklaces
(eBay is great!)
-small, cheap diy craft kits.
-A basic idea is lollies in a small celephane bag with a paper tag relating to the theme or a generic one.

Don't stress too much about it. Kids that are having fun barely even notice!
