Just after some advice
My 14 year old daughter hasn’t started her period yet (she’s hoping it never happens 😅)
I was 14 and my Mum was 15 when we started so I haven’t been too worried
But she has stared getting a little facial hair
on her upper lip and yesterday I saw a dark hair on her chin
I don’t want her to feel self conscious about it but it’s quite noticeable as it’s dark
What would you recommend?
Has anyone else’s daughter gone through late period and facial hair issues?

Take her to the Dr for a check up
I got my period late (16) and it's not uncommon but with the facial hair, it would definitely be worth a doctor's visit. It may simply be puberty some people are just genetically more prone to facial hair but there definitely could be something else going on. Also, I wax my upper lip and pluck my chin hairs.
