Can anyone give a rundown on novated leasing through NSW health.
I have a meeting with the man to find out about it but I'd love a run down about it and how it all work getting a new car. Thanks all

I have a lease. The best info you can get is from the provider and your payroll.... Nowhere else
I have a friend who loves it.
She sucks at remembering to pay bills, and she uses her Remserve as forced savings (ie, she pays her fuel then claims back when she needs a lump sum).
I've looked into it twice now and both times I just can't justify it.
Last one was at the start of this year. A 2022 Kia Rio for $25k.
All up cost including the balloon payment would have been $44,243. So $25k for the car and $19243 for just 4 years running costs. On a tiny RIO doing 15000km a year.
