Colostrum years after pregnancy!?

Colostrum years after pregnancy!?

My last baby was 7.5 years ago. I have been getting a bit of colostrum lately. Is this “normal”? Anyone else had anything similar? Not pregnant as I had a very heavy period about a week ago.
** Edit to add- I had a breast ultrasound about 2 ish years ago. Nothing found.

I have had this happen twice, and my 'babies' are almost adults.
I went to the gp and then did bloods (to check for hormonal imbalance, pregnancy etc) Brain scan (to check for tumors) mammogram and breast ultrasound. Nothing of significance was found and I was referred to a breast specialist, however by that point I was fairly certain it was being caused by vigorous stimulation from.my husband! so we toned that down and it went away.
So to answer your question, yes it *can* be normal but can also be a sign of something else so prob best to get it checked x

I would be making an appointmentwith your GP. Any sudden changes should always be checked by your gp.
It may be nothing to worry about but better to get checked than not

I had this occur 12 years post last baby. It was determined via MRI to be blocked milk ducts and as I had been experiencing pain in the area for a number of years I went in for surgery to remove my milk ducts in that breast. No issues since surgery.
