Grrrr….this country is in a rental crisis and you use this site to ask which sites to advertise for short term rental 😡😡😡😡. How about you use google!!
Asking for personal recommendations is what this site is often used for.
This lady is free to invest and use her asset as she sees fit. Rental crisis or not.
This maybe her way of getting ahead. She may also rent and use this short term rental to supplement her mortgage when interest rates are high.

Sorry I should have added I need it to be short term as I will also need to use this home. It would make better financial sense for it to be long term lease but that's not why I got it.
Remember if you rent it out, capital gains tax will be payable on the sale (proportionately).
Depending on whether you make a gain or loss, additional income or a deduction will be applicable when you do your annual tax return.
Also, insurance wise, you need to be covered as a landlord, which I think is more expensive.
There are implications to renting out a home.
How short? Days/weeks/months at a time?
