Green tea is great for you, not too much though. It is said to be good at assisting with weightloss but you need to have a good diet/exercise program as your main source of weightloss.
See a nutritionist. Consult your GP. Get into a gym or get a personal trainer.
Takings Pills, drinking teas or powders may help you lose weight while using them, but once you stop, you’ll regain it, as i said you need to have control of your diet and exercise for life long loss.

These gimics don't work. Eat a balanced diet and get moving more even 20 mins of moderate exercise will work.

I drink it as part of my weight loss journey. I find it curbs my appetite.
