Asking for help on people who have recently purchased land.
Can you negotiate the price (put in an offer) like you do when wanting to buy an established house?
Any help/tips would be greatly appreciated.

Absolutely you can, before making an offer have your solicitor go over the contracts and plans EXTENSIVELY. See what can and can’t be done on the land, whether it has easements etc.. then use that information as your negotiation.
Of course. Check covenants & zoning, do soil tests & make sure you know how much building will cost (soil type affects this). Don't buy until you understand what's involved.
However, there's a housing shortage at the moment so it's a seller's market, do.make sure there's not a lot of interest in the land before offering under asking price.
