I just logged into myGov to check if my CCS balancing was completed and came across a payment and deduction made in April 2020. I have no idea what it is for, it’s called at Flexible Support Payment - One time payment 1. Does anyone know what it is?
I don’t really want to be on the phone waiting for an hour with Centrelink just to be told it was an error on their end.
Also what’s everyone’s experience with their CCS balancing timeframe? I know I am owed money because I overestimated my income but it seems to be taking longer than usual this year to balance.

Balancing is being done this month due to covid.
There were also extra payments made for covid this year. So it was probably for that. What was the amount?
It was $1000 paid one day, then the next day it was $1000. I get family tax benefit, but only when I apply at the end of year. I really have no idea what it might have been for.
