My daughter is 5 and has never been a good sleeper. Unless cosleeping. She “wakes” but isn’t completely awake and just screams and cries. Any advice to help her settle and sleep? She has no recollection of it in the morning

Sounds like night terrors have you spoken to your daughters GP
Night terrors?
My son has these when he is over tired. If your daughter doesn't sleep a lot, chances are she's pretty over tired which might explain it. It's a vicious cycle and hard to catch back up.
See your GP.
