I have been raising my children since they wear toddlers ,solely, there has been no contact with the father during that time . There is a history of severe Domestic violence and family violence there has been police involvement and docs involvement , ultimately we went through court for custody of the children for over 4 years I was finally awarded sole custody with no contact with the father
Base on a Unacceptable risk of harm. It was such a relief to finally get on with our lives but now a few years down the track I have been notified of his intent to take the matter back to try and have the orders changed. Has anyone been though court and had final orders changed

Yes, I have been taken to court 2 times by my ex husband. 1st time kids were young when final orders were made. 4 years later, new final orders were made. This was allowed, on the basis that the kids were young the first time.
