Is there something for weight loss similar to Duromine??? I’m just a bit scared to use Duromine but wondering if there is anything else that actually works???

I work in health and Duromine is the absolute worst. Most doctors and pharmacists hate the drug. Yes it works as a kick start but the side effects are horrific. There are other ones you can buy such as xenix over the counter. It stops you absorbing fat from the food you eat but it drops out of your rectum to eliminate it. Not very nice stuff.
I've had a lot of clients tell me that optifast worked for them but it required a lot of will power
The best thing you can do is get a referral to a dietician and let them work out the best meal plan for you. You will lose weight and not starve or have the horrid side effects of pharmaceutical drugs

I tried Duromine for about a month. It was awful. It is literally legal speed. Don't waste your money on it. The side effects were awful.

Literally the only thing that helps us eating cleaner, a bit of exercise and portion control. And knowing it won't happen overnight. It took me about 12 months to loose 30kgs, slow and steady, and I've kept it off for a couple years now with a pregnancy inbetween. I just thought to myself if took years for me to get as heavy as I was, why do I expect it to come off within a couple months? All the best, I know it's hard to change a lifelong mindset
