Strange pains

I have a strange problem it’s getting worse I believe and it worries me a lot it is medical I am wait for a appointment with my gp but maybe some one has a idea what it could be maybe even so test I should have done

I get like pin prick pain in my legs that course it to twitch but recently I have also had really bad back pain my whole body tingles and is sensitive and I get small crap or cramp like pain in my legs hips ribs and back I have never experienced this
