I gave birth a month ago and didnt breastfeed for reasons out of my control.
I had no pain in the drying up process so I gathered my milk wasnt coming in properly anyways, however a month on and I can still squeeze milk out. It doesnt leak freely thankfully but i seem to still be producing a little. Anyone know how if this or normal? Or how long it will take to stop?

Fairly certain it's normal. Maybe stop squeezing because stimulation (even just a little amount) might be sending signals to produce milk...
If you're worried, speak to your MCHN. But I think I was still producing milk for a number of months after I finished
