Not a book as such but I attended a course last year at my children’s school called circle of security. I’m pretty sure it is all on you tube. Was a great approach on way to deal with situations.
Look up the Triple P parenting program. I know the Qld government have funded the program so it’s free for QLD residents, there may be a fee in other states but well worth it. A lot of parents are required to complete it during the court process.
There are seminars OR you can complete the whole thing online at your own pace.
Well worth it, we totally changed how we interacted with our kids. Not only are they so much happier now, but we as parents are much more relaxed.
