Wondering how many people have changed their children's last name without the father's consent??
My son is 2 and I was bullied by my ex to give him his last name. Now we have nothing to do with him *dads choice after me trying to get them to have a relationship *I desperately don't want my son's last name to be associated with that family. How do I go about it and How easy is it?

You'd have to go to court sadly.
I'm in the same position I was basically bullied into it and the father no where to be seen afterwards. Kills me that I put in all the time and energy raising my beautiful child and I didn't give her my last name. But only way is to go to court unfortunately or learn to live with it, you can use your last name except for anything legal, I know many people who go by there mothers or fathers last names when there legal last name is th other parents.
