Dont know what to do?

For a few weeks now my 8yo has been going into anxious crying jags about getting into trouble from her dad. He has her 3 days a week. I'm trying to get her to see a councillor because I feel helpless. One of the reasons I left was him beinf rather harsh and judgemental over minor "misdemeanors" he'd felt that I had done. Eg not dry dishes the right way. Hed blow up about it and be angry at me for days. I'm worried that hes starting to do this with her.
