Garuntor home loans: We have a possible garuntor, they meet all the requirements, relationship, ownership of property, understand the liability etc. My question is, which I need to take back to the possible garuntor is what the bank actually needs from them? What type it paper work, proof of ownership etc.

Every lender asks for different things, so you need to be told by your specific lender.
