Hey mummas
My 19 month old little boy cries only sometimes during his sleep. Like he's having a bad dream..he never wakes from these little cries. Does anyone know if it is just dreaming? It doesn't happen alot.

It's dreaming. My daughter did it and still does at 5. She has really bad dreams though and sleep talks and walks. Completely normal though.
