Menopause

I am perimenopausal. I am really struggling with the night sweats. I lay awake for hours (most of the night sometimes) feeling like I am in an oven, eventhough aircon and fan are going full pelt. The dr has just put me on some medication...not HRT yet. ANY advice on how to manage this now and in the future. I know many of you have been through this. The things us women endure! Help me please so I can get a decent nights sleep.

Was the same and can be if I eat junk food especially sugar and too many white carbs. Diet and walking really does help.
