I was single for over 12 months and have recently started seeing this amazing guy over the last few months. He has brought it to my attention that I snore quite badly at times (especially when I’ve been drinking). I knew with my ex that I use to snore (on the very odd occasion) but I’m really embarrassed because I know that I do keep him up when he stays the night. He says he’s ok with it and that it’s one of my little quirks he likes about me.
I probably could lose a few kg’s (163cm and 70kg) and I also go to the gym 3 times a week.
Does anyone have tips to stop snoring or reducing the loudness/frequency of my snoring? Apart from the new relationship, I also know potential health issues that this may be an indication of (sleep apnea).

Get a sleep study, that’s the only way to find the cause and get a solution. Don’t do the chemist study though coz they don’t have good equipment that is required to get the full results. If ur in Brisbane I can recommend a few places. Also it’s best to get hooked up and do it at home coz u will get better results/ sleep in ur
