Workplace bullying

Hi sisterhood,

I have a question.... or a few...

I have been the victim of workplace bullying for going on 2.5years. Currently in the midst of an external investigation, which I have been involved in as my case was so serious along with about 70 others. Yes large organisation with a terrible culture.

So the next step makes me very nervous to sign my transcripted interview and provide copies of my evidence...

Is it worth it?? The damage for me has already been done, anxiety and paranoia in work related situations at an all time high.

Just want advice or success stories even of people who have been in similar shoes... please no negative comments

It is absolutely worth it. You’ve come this far, finish it with the hope it will prevent others from suffering what you’ve been through. Its also closure for you.
At the same time, if the thought of it is causing you anxiety, speak to a professional about it first.

Good on you for following through i just quit along with other workers... because of work place bullying. The person was a manager and was being defended by higher up. I dont need that in my life to be honest

Yes keep going, see it through. You might regret it otherwise.

I regret not pursuing an unfair dismissal claim 21 years ago...
