Hypnosis for weight loss.

Hi all!
I'm wanting some recommendations and feedback (good and bad) about hypnosis for weight loss please. Has it worked for you? Have you had the gastric band hypnosis? I'm really interested but know no one who's had it done.
Also any recommendations for hypnosis therapists in Melbourne (northern suburbs if possible) there's so many online and I don't want to have a dodgy experience and waste time and money.
