I have over $10000 in debt and am struggling to pay it off. I have contacted a company who can organise a part 9 debt agreement and help me pay it off over a few years. Just wondering has anyone else entered one of these and things eventually looked up for them? Would it impact me applying for future rental properties if I have to leave my current one. Is there any other not obvious downsides to entering one of these agreements?
