Pillow for side sleeper

Pillow for side sleeper

Please help. I keep buying pillows that are either too firm and I do not like the way it feels on my head, too high or too soft so my neck ends up hurting.

I do not like those firm pillows and although it is not good for me, I tend to put my arm up under my pillow.

I just cannot seem to find a pillow that feels right.

Anyone with my problem that has found an answer. This mumma needs some sleep 😴

Try a Dunlopillo, it's not too high and should suit what you're looking for

I've been through every pillow there is, I think!!

A good quality memory foam pillow that's contoured with two profiles (different height contour at each end). It takes getting used to as it feels harder than traditional pillows, but a good one is like a cloud once you get used to it. Personally I find latex too hard, too heavy.

If you want adjustable, try the complete sleeprrrrr. The travel version is awesome, too.

Although you'll naturally stop putting your arm underneath as it's not particularly comfortable.

Spinaleze, not cheap but I've had mine a couple of years and still love it. Neck feels so much better.
