Legian is a great spot
Puri Raja legian is great, Rama Garden legian, the padma Legian the best and expensive. Legian beach hotel, anywhere beach front in legian is fantastic. If you prefer quiet then go Sanur.
I third Legian, Padma if you can afford.
If you want luxury and no worries with cost then The Padma legian for sure. If not the Mandira, legian beach hotel, The Puri Raja, camikala Legian.
More budget friendly not on the beach front but great locations close to.
