Flexible hour jobs / does it even exist

Wonderful imperfect people I need your help.
Is there anything that even exists that is a job for a mum with small children that is flexible hours. I can work Monday to Friday but hoping to find a job that works in with school hours. I currently run my own business that allows me to have my children at home with me and have done for several years. It's all I have ever done and I am needing a change. It's taking its toll on me and my family and I don't want to be doing it if I can't give it my 100%. I dont really care what the job is I am hard working and willing to give anything ago but in the next year both my kids will be in primary school and I would love to be able to drop and pick them up from school (I know doesn't every parent wish to be able to do this). So does anything even exist. It needs to be a reliable income not one of those pyramid businesses please. Are hotel cleaning jobs flexible. Please help this mumma out.

There are quite a few jobs that fit these hours it's just that there is a fair bit of competition to get them, because we all want to pick our kids up. The good hours tend to go to the people who have worked there a bit longer etc.

But always worth a shot. Daycare, retail, housecleaning etc

Sounds like you are willing to spread a wide net.

I work as a teacher aide at my daughters school which comes in handy! I got the job by volunteering there a lot....might be something for you to look into?

Look for a job at a big bank... the branch hours are pretty close to school hours and they always need people to cover the lunch breaks!

Smaller banks don’t pay too well tbh but I recently applied for a job at CBA, got through the whole recruitment process and found out the pay was about $29/hr

Being a teller is easy and once you leave work that’s where it stays... there’s no way to bring telling home with you!

Good luck xx
