Treat yo' self

What is one thing that you do for you each week? What's your treat or your "me time" ritual? I want to know what other mummy's do to treat themselves of make themselves feel good each week

I do a lot for myself now, compared to a few years back. Mainly because I have a lot more support.

I swim twice a week and go to the gym 4 times a week. I get a lot of me time, now. Went without none for a very long time.

This probably sounds really weird but I like to go op shopping lol.
Once a week when the kids are at school I go for a browse, half the time I don't even buy anything (but I have found some really cool pieces over the years). Something about it that I find really relaxing haha

What a lovely post - so important to make sure we keep ourselves happy so we can be the best mummas!!

I have 2 things... i love going for a run! It clears my mind and nothing better than the fresh air to clear a clogged up mind! I go about 3 times a week, and if I can't get out on my own, I will bring bubs with me if i have to!
and also love op shopping (like previous poster!). I love that I could find a gem in amongst it all.
