Just wondering if child support agency can place a ban on someones passport for unpaid child support debts?
Last financial year paying parent "under estimated" his income by $40,000 .. they have continued to allow him to estimate this years income. He is now working as a subcontractor security guard so its up to him to do BAS statements and be honest about earnings. (when he had his mechanical business he forgot to ever do it) he is also claiming disability payments.
Have just found out he has travelled overseas to meet a new chick and they are taking about getting or being married.
His last child support payment for two kids was $10.47. Yet is travelling overseas, while I deal with one child with complex mental health & disabilities.
If I report that he is travelling overseas when he owes several thousands in support will CSA do anything??
