Feeling angry

Hi
Don't really know what I am asking here but I always feel so angry. My partner and I have issues as all do have there own. But when I am angry at him I feel like I am taking it out on my kids aswell. I feel horrible for doing this to the kids and don't want them growing up with a cranky mum. I feel like it gets worse in the two weeks before my period. Does anyone else get cranky coming into this time of month? If so what have u done?

The week before my period I am absolutely insane. I'm completely irrational my emotions run high and I cannot control them.
Being on the pill helps me alot.
Exercise is really good for me I play sport when I'm feeling my emotions are a bit over the place I go for a run, hiking anything to get my blood pumping works for me.

However you say your angry all the time. Is there issues between your and partner that aren't being addressed?
I'd recommend seeing your gp and asking for a referral to a therapist or physcologist to help you work through your anger. Possibly couples counselling too if it is something in your relationship that is making you so angry
