Car Recommendations

Hello Imperfect Mums

I am pregnant with twins (surprise!). We have 3 children already, all in car seats (and will be for a while). My husband is 6ft 3, I am 5ft 3, we have a German shepherd and a Husky, and we live out in the bush.

Can anyone recommend a car that will fit us all that I don't have to sell a few organs to pay for, and is also good on fuel? (we drive a lot). Also hubby does not like Holden's - I don't care, it's a car, but I'm told that is important

I have had a Nissan patrol with seats in the boot and a kia carnival. Although the Nissan patrol is supposed to be the better of the two I hated it, the kids hated sitting in the boot as we lived in the bush too so that meant long car trips without being able to stretch their legs out comfortably. Not much room left after we were all in there. I also struggled getting kids in and out of their seats as I'm only 152cm and had 3 in car seats. The carnival was excellent! So easy getting kids in and out, I could get in and out of the back no worries, still heaps of room for a pram and the older kids were very comfortable on long trips. It drives really well.

Carnival Carnival Carnival. I sing their praises to all big families because they have a fantastic product, good warranty and very comfy for lots of people.

Just be warned ig you are buying anything new to order ( not off the lot) wait times are huge, like 2 years if your lucky huge.
With fuel prices maybe try to look at a diesel, sorry I can't be much help.
