Dental payment plans

Dental payment plans

Hey mums!!
Does anyone know if there are dentists that do payment plans or pay each time type set up for adult braces??
Or is salary sacrificing something that could work for that? I'm not sure how that works but I'd really like to avoid zipay/afterpay/humm ect if possible.
I've been putting it off for years and now its gone on too long.
(Unfortunately I do not have private health)
Based in Forster/Taree so anywhere from Newcastle to Port would work!
Thanks all

Some dentists do Zip or Afterpay, I don't think there's many left that do long term payment plans though.

Yes, unfortunately I think that's the case. I do not have a spending limit for something like braces and really want to avoid 3rd party payment options :(

See if smile.com.au have a practice near you. You can get discounted cover similar to private health but for dental only, no waiting periods. They also do payment plans. You pay a certain percentage as deposit, then pay the rest off weekly, fortnightly or monthly over a year or two. Can’t remember the exact details as I didn’t end up using a payment plan, but give them a call.

My daughter is getting braces though Wired Orthodontist- not sure if they are in your area, but they use a dental payment plan and I have been offered 4 prices depending on what I choose to do.

Pay in full ($7800)

$1000 deposit and pay the rest at about 70-80wk for 2 years

$3000 deposit and pay the rest at about $50-60 for 2 years

No deposit (monthly special offer ) and pay over 3 years - can’t remember the weekly cost but was around $10,000 if that was my choice.
