Mum Guilt for going away

Mum Guilt for going away

I’m going away for a few days and this is the first time leaving my daughter she’s just under two is breastfed and we’ve tried everything to get her too stop. She will drink cows milk when I’m
Not around I’m getting really anxious about going on the trip too the point that I don’t even want to go anymore. How do I let go and wind down enough to enjoy myself while I’m away? I do have two older daughters aswell. Please help this mummy out I don’t want too ruin this well needed holiday by stressing over my babies and making sure they’re fine.

I was like that when I left my kdis for the first time. I nearly cancelled and felt so sick. After day one of being there and calling home, I relaxed and enjoyed myself. Once I did it, it was the best thing for me and my kids.

She's nearly 2. She eats real food and breastmilk is her drink/comfort item of choice, that's all. You going away won't impact her at all in the big picture.
