Best OCP pill for endometriosis?

Hi sisterhood,
I'm desperate and need some help.
I've suffered with endometriosis for 15 years but wasn't diagnosed until 4 years ago, by which time it was so bad they offered me a hysterectomy (age 32).
I've had it mostly removed but the blood loss is still insane.
My question is how do I control the amount I'm loosing? I'm in floods every 1-2hours (using a menstrual cup that should last 8 hours), I'm severely anemic, exhausted, embarrassed and in pain and just so over it.
Has anyone found a contraceptive pill that will control the loss but doesn't make u go nuts with mood swings or weight gain?
I've struggled a lot with mental health so these factors are important too.
Thanks in advance

My sister went through this for years. In the end she went with the hysterectomy. She feels so much better now, and discovered her endo was masking another medical problem that’s she’s now been able to get on top of.
They don’t offer hysterectomies lightly. They make most people jump through a lot of hoops to get one. So if they’ve offered it, it’s because they think it’s the only way to treat it.

A hystetectomy is not a cure for endometriosis. So you are wise to consider other options. I suffered from 1st day of menstruation. I took the pill continuously to stop my periods completely. There are better options now - if you're not looking at pregnancy then an ablation could be an option. Mirena or Depo injection to stop periods, seeing an excision specialist.

I can suggest tranexamic acid.

I don’t have endo, but PCOS and heavy periods.
My doctor prescribed the above, and I can have days where I don’t even need to change if I didn’t want to. One could last all day.

So perhaps something like that might help with the heaviness.

I haven’t found a pill that I don’t bleed on, so I can’t go on contraception. (Which is good, because you can’t take the above on the pill).
