I'm a bad mum update

Hello all,

I'd like to say thank you to every one who could emithise with me about feeling like a bad mum. I will always feel shame for what iv done, but I have learned from it, and working on bettering myself for the sake of my kids.

I spoke to my specialist about how iv been, and he's made adjustments to my medications. He made it clear that he is a safe place of no judgement and I can tell him anything I need to... iv found distractions when anxiaty kicks in, and it's helped a great deal.

Due to covid, there are no open places for counselling, parenting courses, anger management locally. But iv been doing alot of reading online and put alot of skills to practice, and all round, we are in a happier home. Iv not yelled at the children since my last post, and iv made my partner be more involved when it comes to kids playing up. I feel alot of this was due to no support from my partner, and me feeling utterly overwhelmed and alone. Iv realised, if I dont put my self first more, my kids will suffer because of it.
