autoimmune encephalitis

Hi ladies,
I'm just wondering if anyone has a loved one, extended family member, friend etc who has been diagnosed with autoimmune encephalitis, specifically from doing immunotherapy a cancer treatment? I know it's a very rare disease, only 1% of people do get it. I would just like to talk to someone and what their experience was like. I lost my dad 3 months ago from this horrible disease and I am in struggle town knowing we were going to loose him eventually to cancer, but after a short 4 month battle he was gone. So many questions I will never have the answers to, but maybe talking to someone else who has been in my position might just be able to answer some of those 'unanswered questions'. Thanks
