Personal experiences with Liopsuction

I would love to hear some people's accounts and experiences with liposuction.

I am a fit and healthy 38 year old mother of two. I have never really been overweight and am probably the fittest I've ever been in my life right now. But I have the most stubborn belly fat. It has bothered me my whole life. Even as a young teenager my stomach was never flat. It has always been half a bakery if you know what I mean (rolls and lines).

I have tried so many different diets, exercises etc and while I have managed to slim down in every other area, my belly has always remained jiggly. My mum has always said her body shape was the same.

So I'm at the point now where I'm contemplating liposuction. The idea of surgery scares me, and the idea of 3 months off exercise also isn't appealing, but I hate being so self conscious of this area on my body. I have also tried cryolypolisis (cool sculpting) and while I feel it worked a little, I would need many, many more sessions, and I dont know whether to spend the time and money continuing a non invasive process that "might" work, or just bite the bullet and do something I know "will" work.

Please share any experiences with this if you have any, especially if it was the abdominal area. What was the process like? Cost? Recovery? Etc. Some recommendations for the Sunshine Coast or Brisbane area would be appreciated too.

Hello,
Ive always been thin but could not for the life of me get rid of the love handles.
I underwent lipsculpture just for those areas. The recovery was horribly painful. Couldn't move without pain. But other than that I'm glad I did it.
Fat cannot grow back in those areas as they remove the fat cells themselves so that's a plus.
It's been more than 10 years and the results are still there.
The only thing I'm not sure about is that the stomach area is a different area and I've heard can be more difficult to get a smooth result. See Tara reids stomach for example.
From memory it cost me $3900 as I only had the one area done. (Sydney clinic) Procedure was less than an hour. They put you to sleep. Had to get hubby to drop me off and pick me up and take care of me. Lots of throwing up. Recovery was over a week but soreness lingers for weeks and numbness for months. Lots of bruising. Wore compression garments for months.
Still worth it though.
