I hate my hair. It is extremely dry and crunchy. I have used argan oil, coconut oil, mr Smith mask, Bondi boost and olaplex. Nothing works. I am so over it! I just want soft hair. What can I use?

Heat to style it? Straightrner or wave or a good blow dry. Lots of product in beforehand when still wet
A really good hair cut, leave in conditioner and heat protector and heat treatment. Don’t wash it very often, twice a week maximum.
What's your hairs history?
Dyed a lot? Bleached a lot? Years at the beach, in the sun, always been like this or relatively new etc?
Identify if it's a condition problem needing a product or a damage problem needing treatment. Then you'll be able to get more targeted advice rather than lots of recommended products you'll spend a fortune on that won't work.
You may be at a point where the build up on your hair is such that it just won't accept further treatment. I'm not assuming you have curly hair here, but in curly girl method, we do what's known as a final wash which is supposed to remove all build up of products that are not good for curls - silcones, alcohols etc. My final wash was with dish soap, of all things. It might help to look up methods of removing build up and starting over.
Vinegar softens hair like you wouldnt believe. Save your money from buying expensive products. Stop heat drying and heat styling it and stop colouring it for a while
What shampoo and conditioner do you use? None of the above will work if you're using crappy shampoo and conditioner.
Get a trim and chat to the hairdresser about it. Do you need to take a break from colouring it?
