Looking after me after looking after everyone else!

Looking after me after looking after everyone else!

I need advise and help 😭

I’m a mum to 4 devilish children all with additional needs, an unsupportive partner of 15 years- that’s another story arghh! My mental health since having the kids has been hit and miss big time, I’ve let myself go a ridiculous amount, I just simply gave my all to everyone else I didn’t have the headspace for myself. I promised myself, this is my year! My teeth are my biggest insecurity, honestly (judge away) I can’t even remember the last time I brushed them because they just hurt so much, I really need them taken out, but how on earth can I even afford this, I’m freaking out, my front tooth is loose, rotten (so are the rest to a degree) and really giving me agony, how am I meant to live with depression, anxiety and bipolar with no front teeth! What can I do!!

Get yourself to a womens centre or a womens gp who will set you up with the right support. You need to sort your dental issues but your mental health and changing the way you're living your life daily has to come first, its no wonder sorting your teeth out feels impossible to you right now! Fiest things first, find a gp or free women's counselling.

I had the same thing with my teeth. I paid as I went. Each tooth pulled one at a time. Then paid off the denture till it was made. The denture cost 1300 and I paid it off in any amount I liked as long as it was paid by the time I received it. Having my teeth fixed helped my mental health so much. I'm bi polar and have depression etc too. The confidence and boost you get with your teeth done is amazing. Call some dentists they offer zip pay, humm etc too. But as I said I paid it off a little at a time one tooth at a time. You got this. I wish you all the luck on your journey to a beautiful new smile mumma x
