Vegetables & fussy kids

What are some vegetables that are EXTREMELY good for you? With really great health benefits.
And, how on earth do you get EXTREMELY fussy kids to eat them? Really fussy!
Also, a good probiotic that actually works? Thankyou

Most probiotics are fine but just remember unless you have a specific problem and are using the specific strain of probiotic to treat that problem then you are unlikely to notice the benefits

I recommend following Play With Food by Simone Emery and The Nutrition Guru and the Chef pages on FB for tips on helping with fussy eaters. Keep them involved in selection, handling and preparation of veggies. Pop a very, very small amount (I'm talking 3 peas, a cube of carrot, or a small piece of broccoli) on a plate near them on the dinner table. They don't have to touch it. Just have it near them. Graduate after a few weeks to having it on their plate. Again not to eat, touch or smell. Just near their food, on their plate. Then after a few more weeks, ask them to touch it. Feel it. Squish it. Feel the texture. Smell it. Forget about tasting it. Just get comfortable. Then progress to licks. Don't rush it. Keep it relaxed. Kids have to try things more than once before they like it.
