Question being!!! Does it get any better?! I'm 6 years out and it still hurts!! More so when we have sex, (which I'm finally loving and wanting again) or during a period from using sanitary items.
I went to the doc! Yes, I didn't just come to fb, 2 different docs have said there's nothing can be done but use the steroid cream sparingly.
But surely it can't stay like this forever!!
Any IMs had similar and had success with anything or seen there's hope to getting back to normal?! 🙏

It shouldn’t still be painful. I’ve had 3 and no pain 6 years from last one. Request to see specialist or pain specialist. Not normal.
I'm also concerned its painful. I've had an episiotomy with my first, went on to have two more kids after that without an epi and ive not experienced any issues at all from the incision.
Hopefully you can get to the bottom of it soon!
have you had your oestrogen levels tested? i was told low level can make it more painful and once my oestrogen rose I stopped having pain.
