Those receiving Centrelink; I can see my upcoming payments for April, including the 27th when the additional $550 a fortnight is meant to be applied, but it’s not on my payment list, should I call them and ask why not? I am on an eligible payment (single parenting payment)

Give them time & don't call unless absolutely necessary as Clink is inundated with claimants desperate for help. Maybe call if you don't see it by the 15th.
It's passed in parliament but likely the reason it doesn't start until April 27 is they still need time to apply it.
This was only announced a week ago. Give them some time. Please don’t clog the phone lines with such stupid shit. The $750 payments due to start tomorrow aren’t showing in the app either so just calm down and be patient.
My app is showing the $750. 2 days before arrival (arriving on the 1st) my normal pay is 31st.
Im a carer for 2 kids with disabilities. That’s all we get.

Oh absolutely!! We aren’t complaining. Still hurts a little though as my partner lost his job due to the virus so was supporting us with his wage, a small amount each fortnight of carers partners payments after I declare his income and FTB payments.
But now he’s jobless I get full rate carer partners as his income is $0 but he gets no payments as he’s a kiwi.
Trust me as helpful as the $750 payment is, the loss we suffer is more than the government gain 🥺 still grateful though just hard to get all medical requirements for my daughter

It will be like the end of year payments I think, will go in your bank before you see it pop up on your payment list
Mine goes in tomorrow, it didn't show up on my app til today.
I read that everyone entitled should have it paid out within the next few weeks.
