Fluctuate HCG at 5W Pregnancy

Hi, according to my LMP, im 5W6D pregnant. 6days ago i had some brown spotting and my doc sent me to the EPU and i admitted for 2 days to be monitored. They did TVS and US and couldnt find any sac at all and they suspected threatened miscarriage or ectopic or very very early pregnancy. My HCG on 4/2 was 203 and 6/2 was 180. My next appointment in a week to see if there is any progress. But yesterday I had some spotting and cramping, i was worried sick and went to another hospital coz i was out of town, they did TVS and US again and found out something which could be a non-viable sac coz the shape is irregular. This is my first pregnancy and we have been ttc for 7months. I really need positive and success stories to keep my mind from being too negative. Since 6 days again, i ve had a few episodes of panic attack tho i didnt think about anything at all while it happened.

Technicians will be able to see a sac and even a heartbeat as early as 6 weeks gestation via a TVA. Regular external ultrasound will not pick this up.

The wait till you get your next check is tough, but in just one weeks time you will definitely know what's going on when you go back.

Yea correct, the doctor said maybe because of my HCG is not high enough up to 1500 to be able to see the sac. They wanted to diagnosed me with chemical pregnancy, but usually they said chemical pregnancy will not reach 200 HCG.

This is the first time I have heard of someone being hospitalized for such an early threatened miscarriage without severe bleeding! You must be in really good hands. I hope you have a positive result, I have had 6 miscarriages but I also have 4 children. It can be a heartbreaking journey but keep trying and try not to stress about things you have no control over.

Thank you for your support. I know its only been a few month since I ttc, but it does break my heart. Also in my country, especially cases related to pregnancy/child birth will be strictly observed by the government hospital to avoid any unwanted or unnecessary lost.
