Periods and birth control. TMI

Hi Ladies, my periods are to a point where it’s getting me really really down. I get angry in the days leading up to it starting because it’s sooooo bad. I have 3 children and since having our 3rd 2 years ago, my period is so horrible. It looks like something out of a horror film. I used a super tampon and pad at the same time and still leak through after about an hour. I flood the bed during the night and loose massive clots. I sit on the toilet and it just runs into the toilet. I’ve been to the Dr and had every test under the sun done and had ultrasounds done. Everything is normal. My Dr has suggested having the mirena put in, however I have had it before and I hated it so I’m not keen to have it again. I bled non stop for 7 months when it was put in and I had horrible mood swings, had trouble loosing weight, very low sex drive and was always tired. I also still got a full period every month. I have tried an uncountable amount of different birth control pills over the years (I’m 35), and every one of them made me feel sick all day everyday. So I’m not keen to try anymore. I’ve read that the copper IUD can cause heavier bleeding and isn’t recommended for women with heavy periods. My Dr has said that seeing as I have so much trouble with the pill, having the depo shot or implanon would have the same effects so not to worry about trying them.

So my question is, are there any other options that I haven’t thought of or that my Dr hasn’t mentioned? I’m at a point where I’d rather just have a hysterectomy and be done with the whole thing. I can’t do this anymore.

Endometriosis? Only thing I can think of that does not show on ultrasounds and blood tests (that Im aware of).

If you are done with having kids an ablation and tubal ligation.
I feel your pain i suffered for years finally paid to see an amazing gyno and was booked in for my ablation and tubal ligation within 2 weeks.
I am only 35 with 1 child (10) and have been 100% sure for along time that i didnt want anymore children.
Ask your GP for a referral to a gyno best thing i ever did!.

Try Tienchi Ginseng. I couldn’t believe how well it worked and it’s natural.
