Midwife/early baby advice;
Background:
I’m 29
Two kids, 5 & 7 years old
Born 37 weeks and 35-5weeks by c section
Both small - five pound two born - healthy as no issues
Pregnant 32 weeks tomorrow
Scan shows baby is small ... but tracking up and growing.
I am small too.
No pre term threatened issues , no showing, no tightening, no pain , feel normal.
Private OB - wants me on bed rest in hospital for awhile ... like weeks!!!
On uterus calming drugs, adalat and aspirin
I don’t agree 100% - I don’t know why I can’t bed rest at home and have regular monitoring
I literally 4 blocks away from this hospital that I’m at.
I don’t agree but my OB isn’t budging on anything
On call OB let me out for day passes today and yesterday. I laid around and bed rested at home as well. Not stupid to do anything more
My OB will find out tomorrow but it’s between them two and I am less stressed and calm at home 🏠
Thoughts!!!?! Advice!!!? Help

Your OB actually can't force you to do ANYTHING. They can advice but they can't hold you against your will
