Given she'll be at boarding school, I would say that a hair removal cream for sensitive areas would be most practical.
However, it's good to remember it's really not your choice to make, if she prefers shaving, that's what she'll do if her public hair even bothers her at all.
Give her the options and let her choose what she's comfortable doing.
If she mentions that it bothers her maybe offer to take her to get it waxed, then she doesn’t have to worry about it for a few weeks. There are lots of options, bikini shaver, hair removal cream, wax. But if it doesn’t bother her it’s a non issue
Take her for waxing during holidays and let her shave while at boarding school if she needs to tidy up. Shaving won't affect what waxing does. The more waxing she gets the less she will need to use a razor as she gets older.
Get her a legsuit! Speedo do them. So comfy and no worries about bikini lines 😁
Leg suit swimmers or ipl home machine. Start treating now and she'll just need management sessions one's when she visits home.
