I haven’t done icsi but we did IVF (both are similar except instead of putting your husbands semen into the dish they fertilise the eggs with semen that looks the best by hand)
My IVF round cost us close to 12k with ICSI it will cost a little more. You may have more clinics to access than we did so the cost may be less.
Look for support groups on Facebook in your city xx they will be of the most help. I know women that have had success with ICSI and they have beautiful little babies now.
What’s your issue that you require icsi
Is t due to low spent motility/bad sperm
Or
Eggs with a too tough outer shell that the semen can’t get through
Egg quality
If you need ICSi you may also need assisted hatching. Something to think about. With icsi if you aren’t PGS of PGD testing you can have your embryo put in like anyone else just doing normal IVF after 3-5 days unless you get OHHS then they make you freeze all and do a FET a month or two later.
Hi he’s had a vasectomy so I’ve been looking it up and it says ICSI ivf.
You’ll also need to factor in Sperm aspiration into your costs. I know a couple of ladies who have had this done. With success. Is a vasectomy reveresal possible? I had a tubal ligation and there wasn’t enough tube left to reverse it so we went with ivf straight away. Got a cool little dude from it.
